　　1.New chapter. The third edition includes an entirely new chapter titled "Management Concepts." It discusses enterprise risk management, business process management, and expectancy theory, giving the third edition an interdisciplinary lens for considering AIS topics.

　　2.Flowcharting. The chapter on flowcharting has been updated and revised to make the process more understandable for students.
